Our holiday apartment has about 100 m2 and is ideal for up to 8 people. The apartment is equipped with 2-3 double rooms, all of which feature shower/toilet, as well as hair dryer and towels.

Highlight of the holiday apartment is the comfortable kitchen-living room that allows you to enjoy relaxed moments with your family or friends or cook a delicious meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, hob/oven, tableware and glasses.

Guests of our apartment can use our ski and shoe drying room, which is equipped with a ski shoe dryer. There are parking spaces in front of our house.

If you want to start your day with a delicious breakfast and freshly baked rolls from the local bakery, you can order our breakfast and milk service.

On request you can use our sauna, enjoy the light effects and afterwards find some rest in the relaxation room. The use of sauna is not included in the prices. It amounts to € 8,00 per person and visit and is charged separately. Relaxation and time to switch off – that awaits you in our comfortable sauna that allows you to relax with your family or friends and enjoy the private atmosphere to recall the events of the day and recharge your batteries for another exciting day.

Out of consideration for our other guests smoking is prohibited in our house. Of course, you can enjoy your cigarette on our balcony, which is accessible for all guests of our house. Pets are not allowed in our house.

The prices quoted are in Euro including taxes. The visitor’s tax of € 2,50 per person and night (for visitors of 15 years and older) is not included in the prices and is charged separately. The prices are for a minimum stay of 3 nights. For stays of less than 3 nights you have to pay a surcharge.

For the final cleaning of the apartments we charge a cleaning-fee of € 40,00, which has to be paid once.

For each booking we request a deposit payable via bank transfer. Your reservation is only valid after we have received the deposit.

There are car parking spaces right in front of our house.

Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Prices and offers are subject to change. No liability is accepted for errors and misprints.

On the day of arrival, you can check in at 2 p.m. At the day of departure, we beg you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m. If you intend to arrive after 7 p.m., please inform us via telephone about your intended time of arrival. Thank you.

If case of late arrivals or early departures, we have to charge the full price without discount.

Your reservation is binding as soon as we have received the deposit quoted in your confirmation of reservation. Cancellations are only valid in written form. The deposit is not refunded regardless of the date of cancellation. It serves to cover our administration costs.

The general terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) are applicable.

We recommend getting travel cancellation insurance before you book. Further information can be found at www.europaeische.at.
